Peer Reviewers

PULSE — Journal of Energy, Informatics & Biomedicine (JEIB) maintains a qualified pool of independent peer reviewers with expertise relevant to the journal's scope, including energy systems, electrical engineering, informatics, artificial intelligence, biomedical engineering, health informatics, and interdisciplinary technology research.

Peer reviewers are selected by the editorial team based on their subject expertise, research competence, and suitability for the submitted manuscript.

The journal applies a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, declare potential conflicts of interest, and provide objective and constructive evaluations.

The journal does not require peer reviewers to be members of the Editorial Board. For each manuscript requiring external peer review, the journal seeks at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.
