Open Access Policy

PULSE — Journal of Energy, Informatics & Biomedicine (JEIB) provides immediate open access to its content based on the principle that making scientific research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in this journal are freely accessible online without subscription fees or access charges.

PULSE — Journal of Energy, Informatics & Biomedicine (JEIB) aims to publish high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in electrical engineering, renewable energy systems, informatics, artificial intelligence, biomedical engineering, health technology, and interdisciplinary technological applications.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, applied studies, case studies, and interdisciplinary technological innovations with practical and reproducible contributions.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

The journal publishes three issues annually in March, July, and November. Accepted articles may also appear online ahead of print (early online publication) and will later be assigned to the nearest upcoming issue.

Each published article receives a DOI registered through Crossref. The journal supports long-term digital preservation through appropriate journal archiving and preservation services, including PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS, where applicable.

The journal is indexed or is seeking inclusion in relevant academic indexing and abstracting databases, including Google Scholar, Dimensions, GARUDA, and other appropriate scholarly databases.

Authors are permitted to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories or other repositories of their choice without embargo.

Plagiarism Screening Policy

All manuscripts submitted to PULSE — Journal of Energy, Informatics & Biomedicine (JEIB) will be screened using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin. Manuscripts containing plagiarism, self-plagiarism, excessive similarity, or unethical citation practices will be rejected or returned to the authors for revision in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies.
